NEW LIFE CHURCH NURSING HOME MINISTRY IN 2009

2009 NEW LIFE NURSING HOME HIGHLIGHTS
We experienced a great move of God this past year at the facility at Parkwood Homes in Snellville, Georgia. New Life has been involved with a monthly service at Parkwood for over a year. One of the saints of our church in Watkinsville is Brother Wallace. He has served the Lord for over fifty years. He was the song leader at a church in Tennessee for many years until his wife passed away recently. His health prompted him to relocate to Loganville, Georgia with his daughter, Jackie Self. Bro. Wallace (picture above) has been living at Parkwood for several months and is a vital part of our services each month. New Life currently meets for a service on the last Saturday of each month from 10:00am to 11:00am. The outreach team performs a regular service for the patients of Parkwood Homes which involves regular congregational singing, special songs by members of New Life, testimonies by members of the outreach team, and a short devotional message by the minister. Pictured below are some of the great patients of Parkwood.

AWESOME PRAISE REPORT FROM 2009!
Prayer requests are taken from the audience as well as special prayer for those who request it. During one service, a patient named Jacob was suffering from a serious condition known as Asthyma. The ministers and elders gathered around this gentleman and prayed for him during the service. The next month brought news that Mr. Jacob had claimed his healing and told us that he was no longer suffering from this dreaded illness. To God be the Glory!! The Lord Jesus Christ stills saves, heals, and delivers those who ask him.
